The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of oral health status of the workers on the oral health related quality of life and to analyze the causal relationship between the variables. We want to provide basic data necessary for improvement of oral health business and system that can promote and maintain oral health. Data were conducted from September to December, 2015 on the in-depth interviews and the survey of 199 workers, The questionnaire organized on consisted of 19 items including and quality of life (n=5), OHIP-14 (n=14). The quality of life of the subjects was 4.48 at the highest index of 7 and OHIP-14 was 4.37 at the highest index of 5. The higher the quality of life according to oral health, appear in small quantities to DT, MT, FT and DMFT index and OHIP-14 were high. oral health and quality of life showed a positive association, quality of life and OHIP-14 were also found to be positively related. The oral health condition was positively related to the oral health-related quality. It is necessary to develop a program to improve the oral health of the industrial company and to improve oral health projects and institutions.
