In the early Qing Dynasty, control over the intellectuals of Han people was started by Qing Dynasty for establishment of their government. All and any people who were against the stability of the ruling power in the early Qing Dynasty were exiled to the Northeast, a border area, who then formed an exiles group there. They were exiled to ShangYangBao(尙陽堡), NingGuTa(寧古塔), TieLing(鐵嶺), ShengJing(盛京), BuKui(卜魁) etc. located in LiaoNing(遼寧), HeiLongJiang(黑龍江) and QiQiHaEr(齊齊哈爾) provinces, for the reasons of literal jail, cases of the imperial exam and memorials to the throne. Majority of the exiles were writers, scholars and government officials even there were a small number of people of lower-class. Existing studies have dealt with by and large the exile system, reasons of exile, exiled writers and exile history of the Northeast. However, the studies lack analysis of individual instances in detail such as on the poems written by the exiles, psychological situation of the exiles reflected wherein and etc., since they have been focused upon the causes of exile in political aspect in general, and the historical facts. In addition, the studies on regional literature in China are mainly related to JiangNan(江南) areas and relatively lack of analysis on the poetry creation by the writers exiled to the Northeast, literally and regionally. It appears appropriate to look into the exiled writers within the political and social frame, but it seems also necessary to give attention to 'Literature(Culture) of the Northeast' that has been rarely studied till now in the history of literature. Therefore, it seems necessary to carry out comprehensive study on the history of literature, poetry and regional literature with the exile writers as the object, which has been passed over on the history of literature, poetry and regional literature. Therefore, this article is intended to make an analysis on WuZhao Qian, a poet exiled to NingGuTa by implication with the case of the Nan Wei Imperial Exam case(南闈科場案) in the Jiang Nan areas in ShunZhi (順治) 14th year(1657), the Qing Dynasty, based on the results of existing studies. This study covers the reasons of exile (with the case of Ding You Imperial Exam case as example), exiled writer WuZhaoQian and the place of exile, NingGuTa, for the category of study. The content of study includes looking into the life and background of WuZhaoQian at first, and then, an analysis of how the feelings of the poet and natures of the Northest are reflected in the poems considering poetry creation.
