This study is a basic study of program development to enhance the identity of pastors. The analysis of the study extracted the factors of the six items of happiness value measuring instruments and examined the moderating effects of prayer life and Bible study on the relationship between the value of happiness factors and the pastor's identity. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a statistically high social service and interpersonal awareness among the participants in the club activities in the difference of recognition of happiness value according to club activities. Second, there was a significant difference in the volunteer service participants' recognition of the difference in happiness value according to volunteer activities. Third, academic satisfaction and prayer life had a significant influence on pastoral identity and the lower the importance of interpersonal relationship, the lower the pastoral identity. Fourth, in the analysis of Bible study included as an independent variable, outward happiness did not affect pastoral identity, but through Bible study, pastoral identity increased. Therefore, proper prayer life and Bible study can enhance the pastor's identity as a pastor.
