Middle Tang was the turning point in the history of Chinese literature that changed the traditional trend and formed a new style. Han-Yu was the center of this change and development. Han Yu played a pivotal role in the paragraph, forming a network with the Middle Tang writers and interacting with the poet. I have examined the social network among the Middle Tang scholar by applying the "Distant reading" method proposed by Professor Franco Moretti. In other words, I examined the research subject from a macro perspective by using an empirical method called data analysis rather than text 'Close reading'. In this paper, I analyzed the social network of writers and poets focusing on Han Yu by analyzing the titles of Han Yu 's poetry and prose. Among the total number of Han Yu’s 363 poetry, his companions are mentioned in 162 poetry and in 90 of them, people were mentioned. In addition, out of 346 prose works, in 228 of them, his companions were identified in the title, and 184 people were mentioned. In this way, I analyzed the characters who have exchanged their companionship through his poetry and prose and visualized their networks via infographics.
