This study was to investigate the effect of self-efficacy and social behavior on satisfaction of school life to the college woman. In order to obtain this purpose, the college students who are majoring in dancing and the other department students were selected as a population. 480 people were drawn out as a sampling by using Stratified cluster random sampling method. And 477 people's data were used for the final analysis except 3 person's unfaithful data. First, while self-efficacy was shown higher to female students who major in dancing, social behavior was shown higher to the other department students(p<.05) and satisfaction of school life was shown higher to female students whose major in dancing rather than to other department students. Second, general self-efficacy among lower realms of self-efficacy was shown to affect the satisfaction of school life to the female students who major in dancing. When it comes to social behavior, sociable behavior and irregular conduct were shown to affect the satisfaction of school life to the other department students(p<.05). Third, social efficacy among lower realms of self-efficacy was shown to affect the social behavior to the female students who major in dancing and general efficacy was shown to affect social behavior to the other department students(p<.05). Fourth, the female students who major in dancing was shown to relate to self-efficacy, social behavior and satisfaction of school life. And to the other department students, self-efficacy and social behavior was shown to have static correlation(p<.05).
