The purpose of the study was not only to help the student achieve greater technical skills in ballet, but to improve my coaching skills by utilizing LMA/BF. The methodology for the study was to observe, describe, and analysis of the student's movements and to coach the student using LMA/BF vocabulary. Throughout the study, LMA/BF concepts proved immensely valuable during the sessions held. LMA/BF terms were useful to me, to make corrections, as well as to the student, to understand my corrections intellectually and physically. Throughout the whole sessions and discussions, there was no doubt that LMA/BF language and concepts significantly helped the student develop skills and techniques in ballet dance.
