This study targeted 270 students majoring in dance at 4 year colleges, to analyze therelation between body image and binge eating. 'SBIT-R' for the body image and 'BULIT'for binge eating were used. The result showed the followings: First, more dance majorstudents considered bodytype thinner than them as ideal type. Second, as the result ofcorrelative analysis on body image and binge habit, all of them showed highly positivecorrelations of binge habit. Third, body image was confirmed as an significant variableexplaining 5.1% of emotion and 4.3% of weight among the binge habit.
