It was presented improvement methods of the Korean's housing manager's a qualifying examination system that make a comparative study between Korea and Japan, England's housing manager's a qualifying examination system and operation, to self the Korean's housing manager's a qualifying examination for to upgrade the quality of the housing managers. Firstly, it is regulate the examination subjects. The first examination subjects make an addition to civil suit process and the execution proceeding in the civil law subjects, the basic economic theory in the accounting principle subjects, and an introduction of an apartment housing equipment make an addition to constantly about a new equipment management. The Second examination subjects make an addition to the expert knowledge of the landscape architecture, and make an addition to the administration management subjects. Secondly, it make the improve to the examination process and the examination method. It must be regulate the number of persons success in a examination as the first a qualifying examination take the absoluteness, the second a qualifying examination make on the curve valuation. The second examination make a change of direction a subjective question type in the long time, too, take valuate about a foreign languages capability to consider globalization. Thirdly, the housing manager's education starting system is subject to introduce in the long time. This method must be approach scientific ranges that to establish an apartment housing management subjects in university.
