=Ritodrine hydrochloride (Yutopar)는 조기진통의 치료약물로 널리 이용되고 있으며, 이를 통해 조산의 많은 합병증들을 피할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나, ritodrine hydrochloride는 심혈관계 부작용이나 대사장애를 포함한 다양한 부작용이 있는데 그 중 일시적인 간염 소견 (transaminase 상승)은 세계적으로도 아주 드물게 보고되고 있으며, 이러한 부작용의 임상적 중요성이나 빈도 등은 아직 확실하게 알려진 바 없다.
