Background: The aim of study was identifying the university student’s subjective attitude to AIDS and analyzing the trait of each types in it. Methods: This research was used Q methodology. The Q statements were derived through in-depth interviews and literature surveys. Of the 115 statements, the final 34 Q statements were confirmed. The P sample is 33 university students. Result: The 4 factors were identified while the investigation of the attitude factors. Four factors drawn from this analysis were as the following : The first factor named as ‘’objectivity oriented type’, the second factor named as ‘exaggerated fear type’, the third factor named as ‘optimistic prejudice type, the Final factor named as ‘reality recognition and public measures’. Conclusion: According to this result, researchers suggested the education and campaign plans.
