This study aims to analyze the effects of physical environment, interaction, and learner characteristics on e-learning satisfaction and organizational performance, using the case of employees of Korean community credit cooperatives. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 401 workers, and after analyzing the data, obtained results and implications are as follows; Physical environment, interaction, and learner characteristics explained 69.0% of e-learning satisfaction variance. In addition, e-learning satisfaction explained 83.1% of organizational performance. The analytical results suggest that e-learning should be designed in a way of enhancing learners’ satisfaction, learners’ voluntary participation and motives for learning, and should be delivered through customized instruction.
