Developmental project which was regionally carried out a village scale has been promoting in rural area as it reflected in trend of times and improvement remedies, and so this study analyzed residents' attitudes and development pattern with respect to rural developmental project, Muan-gun, located in south-western region of Korea. This study firstly classified residents' attitude into five factors. The answer types as a sociocultural aspect are divided into both positive and negative attitudes. Concurrently, it revealed that much negative attitudes were surveyed as an environmental aspect. Development pattern were analyzed as four items like "Health seeking experience", "healthy living", "Traditional historic culture", "Shopping & recreation". And then those patterns were classified into three items like "Activity type of shopping & recreation", "Enjoyment type of traditional culture", "Experience type of health seeking". The analyzed findings of this study were as follows; results were revealed that those who preferred shopping & recreation have positive attitude at economic concern. On the other hand, the group who preferred enjoyment of traditional culture has positive attitude at sociocultural aspect rather than economical concern. And also residents who preferred experience type of health seeking have both positive and negative attitude at sociocultural and environmental aspect.
