This study is analyzing the result on management and superiority management type of high income full time farming. And it picked superiority benchmarking farming and consulting data out about provincial government and farm household management. About the income distribution of high income full time farming, 100 million~200million won/farmhouse was highest as 80.1% among whole farmhouse. About the distribution by field of high income full-time farming, stock raising was 63.6% and food crop 13.4%, vegetable 8.8% fruit tree 4.8% order. And about income of the farm household, stock raising was 68.4%, food crops 11.7%, vegetables 7.2% order. About the average of farm household income by field, stock raising field was the highest in the poultry farming, in the fruit tree filed a plum, in the vegetable field a strawberry, in the industrial crop field a ginseng, in the food crop field sweet potato, in the floricultural crop field a cattleya, and in the processing field was a korean soybean paste. About regional distribution of high income full-time farming, Hanam, Sunchun, Jangseong were higher than other regions. About the primary factor of high income, the contract of stable marketing was 46.9% and increase of productivity 23.5%, best of quality 16.4% order. Therefore, the excellent examples and benchmarking farms of high income full-time farming have totally 17 kinds of crop selected as 7 kinds of crop in vegetables, 5 kinds of crop in fruit tree and 5 kinds of crop in stock raising.
