The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of local economy and job creation in agricultural and fishing village by providing strategies which connect social company with local food. Jeonnam Province has been securing its status as a Mecca of eco-friendly production which produces 40% of domestic eco-friendly products. Also, fish farming and livestock industry have a great potential as they reflected consumers' high standard on food safety. In particular, agriculture, live stock and fish farming have great rippling effect on various industries such as primary industry, processing, distribution and cultural industry. Therefore, if problems such as consumer confidence and trust issue, the lack of consistent support and management, weakening processing market due to massive scale of capital, diversification of farming, the problem of local food due to the introduction of various certificate system, lack of recognition of consumers toward social company, poor human resources and other issues can be resolved, development of local food and development measures of social company would become very significant.
