Information technology has influence enough on our resident culture to concepts such as information era or information society. Thus, new concept like home network, cyber APT, cyber village have been regarded as interesting subjects in real estate science. The vision of information city is an implementation of ubiquitous computing environments that makes anybody to be able to access the source of information and knowledge in anywhere and anytime with ant methods. Information city offers city information control center, unlimited time and space of digital contents services with the support of network infrastructure and city management. Furthermore, It paved the way for paradigm shift of traditional urban development. It also contributes city value and citizen welfare that prevention of crime and disaster, information traffic system(ITS) and urban managementThis paper gives the key point in information city development project that organization of information communication services and suggestion of business model in cooperation with public enterprise in connection with real estate development, local government, communications service provider, and the like.
