In this study, The Relationship of Leader-Member Exchange theory and Job attitude in Hotel Industry throughout the boss and manager of corporate leadership and organizational culture to establish the best hotel company's business performance and enhance the highest mountain of the types of employees who can reduce their turnover is to propose a plan. For this study, data were collected using questionnaires, Daegu, Kyungbuk luxury hotels located in the employees were recruited to work at. The 2011 survey period November 1 to December 16 was carried out 45 days deployed in 15 hotels out of 220 questionnaires answered falsely avoidance of the questionnaire and responses, and the survey did not respond as directed by except the 196 valid questionnaires negative samples were analyzed. Using the statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0 exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis was conducted, AMOS 5.0 using confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. As a result, hotel companies cross-cultural study of Leader-Member Exchange Theory and Job Attitude, all of the factors influencing the Job Attitude was found. So, Employees do not meet the leadership to include suggestions for improvement and change throughout the hotel business requires the employee to establish a leadership commitment to promote their business performance of hotel companies also can reduce turnover while increasing business for each hotel own right will require leadership and organizational culture.
