Due to the modern advancements, selecting the suitable path for one's characteristics after accurately understanding one's self in addition to identity for one's profession is important to accomplish an adaptable and successful professional life for an individual in the diversified, specialized and complex professional world. However, many workers are facing role-conflicts between work and homes due to various timely environments. Thus, the present study recognizes the hotel employees and conducts empirical analysis on the influences of work-family conflicts on occupational identity and the influences of occupational identity on job satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, the following results were drawn. First, as a result of verifying influential relationship between work-family conflicts and occupational identity, work-family conflicts appeared to influence the beliefs for autonomy, beliefs for services and sense of vocation among the low variables of occupational identity. Secondly, as a result of verifying the influential relationship between occupational identity and job satisfaction, the beliefs for autonomy, beliefs for services and sense of vocation among the low variables of occupational identity were influential to job satisfaction.
