A Franchise Agreement as a Continuing contracts is a type of Contracts that is appeared easily in a on general provisions. Nonetheless, we can't overlook many problems that is occured in a Franchise dealings. To settle several matters in relation to a Franchise dealings, The Law of Franchise Agreement is regulated 2002. This law settles matters as mediation in a Franchise dealings. A general system of solutions in Civil cases is Civil action. Then, a mediation as Alternative Disputes Resolution is more quickly, peacefully and lower price than Civil action by equitable process. In other words, a mediation is a process that come to an agreement between the parties by a judge and A committee meeting of mediation. The problem about Franchise dealings is solved by a mediation in The Law of A Franchise Agreement. For think about problems that is low price and is occured in between little merchants, a mediation is a matters of weight and importance. In considering Statistics, a device of problems by a mediation is very effective.
