There have been a lot of discussions on the renovation of law education for many years. In recent several years they came to focus on the 'Graduate school of law' and it became conclusive to set it up. At this moment, it would be mandatory to speculate on the way of education at the Graduate school and this study is focusing on the way of education along with the selection and the development of subjects and texts. This study will review the systems and subjects of law education in other countries in general and will deal with the 'Graduate school of law' in our country. But there has been so many studies on those of other countries so we are introducing it briefly in this study. In fact, there have been so many studies on the development of text and the way of education but there were scanty of them to deal with them in concrete. So, this study includes the way of education of Civil law especially in detail and in practical ways. Lastly it should be mentioned that those universities permitted to have the 'Graduate school of law' should not rest on it but should endeavor to supply better lawyers to our country through school specialization and development.
