This study aims to investigate Japanese conversation course cases operated by Dep. of Japanese Language of Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, such as Japanese conversation course contents and video lectures, and discover problems on-line conversation courses while seeking improvements at the same time. The subjects of this study, on-line courses, consist of 'situation Japanese conversation', 'role-play Japanese conversation Ⅱ’ and 'video lecture'. Situation Japanese Conversation and Role-play Japanese Conversation Ⅱ are on-line conversation contents mainly developed for learners in the second and fourth years of university, while Video Lecture indicates on-line conversation courses provided in real time for fixed hours over the internet. This study investigated problems occurring while such a course is actually being managed and administrated and the related improvements, and the results can be summarized as follows: Firstly, it is needed to make an attempt to comprehend how these various functions of on-line contents are actually used by learners for classroom activities of off-line conversation courses. Secondly, to properly provide on-line conversation courses for hundreds of learners, it is needed to secure proper human resources and reinforce the connection between teaching staff and contents developers so that one-line learning contents may be established as an organic and systematic system with off-line courses as well as other on-line mediums.
