This study surveyed how the episode and the idea about a hero transmitted in public based on Liu-Sheng series in knight poems were expressed into form and meaning. Liu-Sheng' strong spirit was expressed in connection with the patriotism volition dedicated to the nation. Generally the song of Liu-Sheng' spirit and idea was not the song of his life, but the one of his spirit and idea. The creation of knight appeared against the existing law, but it was accepted in literary circles to sing the lifestyle and the strong spirit in the existing system instead of being against royal law and system. Through this, it was said to express public's expectation of a hero and idea about poet' patriotism and entrance of government post. The creation of poems written on Liu-Sheng is poems on knight errant which expresses the desire of a hero and a model of a poem of hero praise in China.
