The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of knowledge, attitude and self - confidence of the patient of patient safety with experience of safety incidents of nursing students in order to developing pre-clinical practice program. The research data were analysed t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS 21.0. There was no significant difference in patient safety management knowledge and attitude, and self - perceived self - perceived self - perception was significant(p =.033). Patient safety accident experience was found to be significant (5.9%), patient identification error (3.4%), demage to medical devices(1.7%) and patient safety management knowledge (p = .029) Management attitude, and patient safety management.. The results of the analysis of the correlation between the patient safety management knowledge, the patient safety management attitude, and the self-confidence of the patient safety management showed that the patient safety management attitude was related to patient safety management self-confidence (r = .286, p = .002). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a pre-training program that includes the importance of basic guidelines to nursing students before clinical practice.
