The purpose of this study is to suggest interactive teaching and learning methods in cyber campus-based general English conversation classes. Two research questions are addressed in this study: (1) How are the actual conditions of interaction based on the web-menu functions of the Learning Management System (LMS) in English conversation classes? (2) What are the methods to activate interaction and the functions of the LMS to upgrade for those classes? For this goal, I analyzed the components of the LMS in Cyber classrooms. And based on the result of the questionnaire for lecture evaluation conducted to 296 students, the interview was conducted to 16 students. The results showed that the web-menu functions of the LMS should be actively used to enhance the interaction between teachers and students, between students, between contents and students. In addition, they imply that the LMS should be designed to reflect students' needs and teachers' class management should be considered highly important to activate their interaction.
