Islam Karimov has kept the seat of power by this time from 1991 year. In the meantime the democracy and the economics of Uzbekistan have been in the problems but the Opposition, NGOs, and citizens have not resisted Karimov regime. Most researchers have considered that the regional faction system of Uzbekistan has made the present dictatorship. This also means that Karimov regime controls the others regional factions completely. By the way, he is facing new challenge power. It is the younger generation who will capture 47% of the total population of Uzbekistan in 2015 year. Karimov regime has prepared and carried out various policies and programs for them to stabilize his power. For example, there are charity foundation, 'Kamalot', 'the voice of the future', the training of the next generation elite and so on. We have to take notice of the younger generation of Uzbekistan as a new political power.
