The purpose of this research study that social existence form of the influence groups on urban area in the period of the japanese colonial rule. The target of this research is the Director and the Head of the Urban Financial Associations. The influence groups on urban area are his own management company. And the same company representatives, directors, auditing, joined as a shareholder. Their economic power based on the urban areas of politics, economy, social organizations in the activities. They participated in the colonial advisory organization and the Chamber of Commerce. Based on these organizations, the influence groups on urban area form political and economic network. These networks are based on colonial domination of the community. Therefore, they are the ruler of colonial urban area society. These conditions are maintained in the region, Koreans influence groups and Japanese influence groups share and understand the relationship. Koreans influence groups collaborate with Japanese influence groups for regional interests, while to respond regional policy of The Governor-General of Korea. At the same time, Koreans influence groups have trouble with Japanese influence groups, surrounding national interests. Likewise, the colonial urban area society is space that between Koreans influence groups with Japanese influence groups conflict and cooperate.
