In this paper we outline 5G Services, Requirements and architecture with its implementation guidelines. In 5G there will be innovative services such as immersive media, machine type communication with massive devices, and mission-critical services. It is clear that for supporting such services both performance and efficiency of 5G system should be much higher than those of legacy systems. This requires 5G architecture to be designed based on novel enabling technologies such as multi-RAT, cloud computing, NFV, and SDN. Thus, we propose a 5G architecture in which the end-to-end system consists of cloudified radio access and core networks. A set of guidelines on how such architecture can actually be implemented is also discussed in this paper.
