There had been many problems surfacing on concentrated development of eastern coastal areas in China like regional income disparities, gap between urban and rural development, environmental pollutions and overinvestment since open door policy in 1978. As a result, the Chinese government are propelling domestic market promotion, industrial restructuring and employees social insurance mandate while encouraging the high-tech and green industry. It also provides various incentives for companies to invest on balanced regional development while discouraging processed trade and environmental pollution industries.
The Chinese government favors government lead economy to market lead economy. So we need to keep on eyes on the Chinese government economic policy and foreign direct investment policy to set up the effective China expansion strategy. We should proactively cope with China Effect aligned with paradigm shift of growth.
