Procedural justice on organizational commitment were significant positive effect. In this study, procedural justice also has a business relationship between leadership and organizational commitment, which acts as a complete parameter was found. This business leadership for organizational commitment independently significant negative impact, but to control procedural justice is that if you lowered the influence. And procedures to control the fairness of the procedure, if the business leadership through fairness can have a significant impact on organizational commitment showed that.
