The purpose of the present paper is to introduce two novel subclassesT (n;;) and H (n;;;) of analytic and univalent functions with negative coe-cients, involving Ruscheweyh derivative operator. The various results investigated in thispaper include coecient estimates, distortion inequalities, radii of close-to-convexity, star-likenes, and convexity for the functions belonging to the classT (n;;):These resultsare then appropriately applied to derive similar geometrical properties for the other classH (n;;;) of analytic and univalent functions. Relevant connections of these resultswith those in several earlier investigations are briey indicated.
