The aim of the current study was to identify the implications of participation experiences in the soldiers' creative invention education program, in terms of military human resource development(MHRD) and military lifelong learning. For this purpose 8 soldiers were interviewed in-depth from December 2012 to February 2013. 52 descriptors, 3 categories and 8 sub-categories were ultimately drawn out from the gathered qualitative research. The key findings of the study are as follows:First, participation experiences in the soldiers' creative invention education program revealed the program to be the ideal mode of education for creative soldiers.
Second, the program was received negatively by the military learning organization on account of the as-yet underdeveloped culture within the military learning organization, a result of various obstacles.
Third, the program allowed soldier inventors to extensively showcase their talents and ambitions.
This study also made further suggestions for the soldiers' creative invention education program, based on the revitalization of military learning organizations.
