This Study proposes program of University Library facility and bases on integrating all library resources to respond changes of user’s demands on information services and library environment.
Moreover the study suggests Hybrid Library model that can offer one-stop service such as research and study space for users and communication space for individuals and groups.
With changes in environment of information use, University Library adopted a new space composition concept, Information Commons. This study suggests space composition and operating system of Information Commons and concept and space composition managing system of Hybrid University Library.
Thus, The study suggests space composition for rational management based on the evaluated case study on the space program composition and its hierarchy of newly built local university library within 5years.
This study signifies in providing necessary documents for rational and efficient space management through reorganizing space composition in accordance to its changes in information oriented generation when designing.
