Today the cities are in the process of being informationization and globalization so that obstacles between countries are disappearing, and it is changing that one city puts up its own identity. Research was conducted in order to build an image of the city in beach of waterfront through the improvement of the urban landscape. Sites were set by public·service, culture·society, commercial·convenience and nature·resource, among these variables are extracted highly correlated variables by factor analysing, cognitive image landscape of beach were identified. Whether as a result of factor analysis, conducted by cluster analysis based on the cognitive image landscape characteristics were classified into four types. First cluster was classified as the factor of the primary, second cluster was classified as the secondary, third cluster was nature·resource and forth cluster was unspecified. As a result of regression analysis after setting visitors as the dependent variable and three factors as the independent variables, visitors were influenced to primary and secondary cognitive image landscape.
