Dibetes is one of the most important disease in the universal healthy problem and can be attacked with this disease whoever. Recently human physicallabor is decreased with the advance of scientific civilization. And the rapid economic growth bring about improvement of dietary life. With a high calorie intake and improvement of a national health, life expecrancy is lengtherned. Therefore we have a growing interest in extact diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with increasing of diabetic patients, the type of advanced nation. There are required of the apt uses of the various examinations and a correct interpretations in the diagnosis of diabetes. This is not difficult in the case that patients have a typical symptoms or develope a complications. The patients who have a mild symptoms or progress slowly are lost a opportunity of the diagnosis until the test is held accidentally. In the various tests for the diagnosis of diabetes, the increase of blood glucose level is known especially valuable test, though there are the defect of sensitivity a little. The important chance of blood glucose determination that is the most basic test decreased of unsuitable preservation or handling during blood sampling. Because these are decreased blood glucose value. Wh ole blood , plasma or serum of blood specimen is used in blood glucose determination. During each hour of standing at room temperature, blood glucose value decrease about 10%, because of glycolysis enzymes in blood cells. For that reson you’s better centrifuge immediatelly and preserve the sera after blood -collection. But serum glucose values decrease about 5 % each 12 hours in this trial, too. This research compared serum glucose values with plasma glucose values which is added NaF. Even if the examination of plasma glucose level in plasma preserved at 4℃ , delay some hours. How much plasma glucose value yield is stable as well as we’d like to apply to the clinic with this research.
