본 연구는 경기도 지역에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하는 영아보육교사 들을 대상으로 직무만족과 보육효능감의 수준, 교사관련 변인에 따른 직무만족과 보육효능감에 대해 알아보고자 하였다.. 연구결과 첫째, 교사관련 변인(연령, 근무경력, 학력, 전공, 결혼여부)에 대해서는 직무만족과 보육효능감 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, 근무환경, 근무기간과 근무시간, 월평균 보수에 따른 직무만족도와 보육효능감은 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 영아보육교사들의 직무만족과 보육효능감은 높은 상관을나타내었다. 연구결과를 토대로 영아보육교사들의 전문성 향상을 위하여 직무만족과 보육효능감을 높일수 있는 제도적․환경적 방안강구와 안정적이고 효율적인 보육을 수행하기 위해 강조되어야 할 부분은어떤 것인지, 교사훈련 프로그램 등을 통해 어떤 측면을 고려해 볼 수 있는지에 대한 기초자료를 제공해줄 것으로 사료된다.
This study investigates the job satisfaction of care teachers and efficacy of infant care. Subjects were 349 teachers at department of the infant nursing teacher's in Gyonggi Do.
I used survey tool revised of article Lee Jung mi (2009) measuring tool for evaluating satisfaction and I used Hyun Jung hwan (2003) measuring tool for evaluating efficacy of child care. Data were analyzed by Means, Standard deviation, %, and unitary dispersion analysis(0ne-way ANOVA), Pearson's correlation analysis using the SPSS 15.0 +computer program.
To accomplish this purpose, the following questions should be researched:1. what is the level of nursing teachers for infants' job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care?2. what is the level of care teachers for infants' job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care accodring to the general back ground (age, career, schooling, marital status)?3. what is the level of care teachers for infants' job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care according to job condition(facilities, working hour, salary)?4. what is the corelavant of job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care?This survey tells us as followings.:1st, there is no significant of job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care among nursing teachers for infants. job satisfaction hits the highest in the age of 36-40 and over 46, in efficacy of child care is hit in the age of 41-45.
2nd, about Job satisfaction on the career, top is in the period of less 1yaer and 3-5years, about efficacy of child care, these goups are slightly higher than others 3rd, according to schooling, High school graduates are top lank in job satisfaction, efficacy of infant care.
4th, on the marital status, extra group(ex: divorced) hit the top.
5th, job satisfaction, efficacy of child care on the job condition shows significant result in statistics.
