The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of elementary science teaching program strengthening scientific communication skills on improving science achievement, science proccess skills and attitudes toward science in elementary school science. The results of this study were as follows. First, the group on elementary science teaching program strengthening scientific communication skills gave a significant influence on increasing the science achievement. Second, the group on elementary science teaching program strengthening scientific communication skills gave a significant influence on increasing the science process skills, including the basic science process skills and the integrative science process skills, of students. Third, there was meaningful change in the attitudes toward science for those who studied the group on scientific communication skill program. This study shows that elementary science teaching program strengthening scientific communication skills give a positive influence on the science achievement, the science process skills and attitudes toward science in elementary school science.
