The aims of this research are to reveal the effects of inquiry worksheet developing activities for science field trip at informal educational institutes on science teaching efficacy(STE) and science attitudes(SA) of secondary science preservice teachers. It was performed that quantitative studies to find out the changes on STE and SA with 50 preservice teachers, who were divided 25 two groups as an experimental group and a control group, and qualitative studies as which 6 preservice teachers gave interviews by semi-structured way during total 7 weeks. At first, it was developed that a framework for science field trips consisted with teacher factors and student factors. The experimental produced inquiry worksheets for 9 grade students based on the framework at Busan Marine Natural History Museum as an informal educational institute, and the control handed in the visit reports of the same institute. The results show that the experimental took higher scores than the control’s in both of STE(F=12.242, p=.001) and SA(F=7.349 p=.009) significantly, that means the activities of developing inquiry worksheets on the framework affect STE and SA of preservice teachers positively. It could be known that preservice teachers got the confidence about preparing and leading science field trips, and they had chances to consider students’ cognitive process through the interviews.
