This is “Study that has the aim of establishing a youth entrepreneurship education model based on the needs of the field, and proposing concrete plans to enable such education and encourage business start-ups. To attain these objectives, we have studied grounded theory methods. The major findings were as follows: First, to establish systematic curriculums for youth entrepreneurship education, we have developed a youth entrepreneurship education model and curriculum proposals based on the needs of the field. The curriculum proposals cover entrepreneurship, objectives, information systems, achievement levels, teaching/learning methods and precautions, and evaluation methods and precautions according to the school level - elementary school, middle school or high school. Based on the findings of our study, we have made the following proposals: establish systematic curriculums for youth entrepreneurship education, foster connection with local communities, promote cooperation among government agencies, improve social awareness of entrepreneurship, endeavor to secure teacher expertise, reinforce connections with higher education, and establish and operate a control tower.

이 연구는 청소년 기업가정신 교육 모형을 정립하고, 기업가정신 교육 및 창업을 활성화하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 근거 이론 연구 방법(Ground Theory)을 활용하였다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육 관련 전문가 21명에게 기업가정신 교육 경험에 대하여 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, Strauss& Corbin의 근거 이론 방법에 따라 분석 및 해석을 실시하였다. 개방 코딩(Open Coding)을 통해 수집된 코드들을 반복적으로 비교함으로써 19개 범주, 54개의 하위 범주, 162개의 개념을 도출하였다. 그리고 지속적인 자료수집과 함께 이론의 맥락과 흐름을 분석하기 위해 축 코딩(Axial Coding)을 실시하였고, 선택 코딩(Selective Coding)을 통해 기업가정신 함양을 위한 교육의 핵심 범주인 “‘나 다운 삶’을 위해 삶의 주관자로서 자기 혁신을 실천하여 참된 가치를 창조함”을 도출하였으며, 통합적으로 분석 및 해석한 결과 현장 전문가에 기초한 청소년 기업가정신 교육 모형을 개발하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 청소년을 위한 기업가정신 교육이 활발해지기 위해서는 청소년 기업가정신 모형을 바탕으로 프로그램 개발과 함께 프로그램을 실행할 수 있는 방안 마련이 함께 개발될 필요가 있다. 아울러 청소년 기업가정신 교육 여건 조성을 위하여 학교 안과 밖의 교육과정 연계, 기업가정신 교육 전문가 인력 양성 및 전문성 향상, 기업가정신 교육 및 창업 활성화를 위한 정부기관의 예산 지원 등이 이루어져야 한다. 아울러 교육 지원 기관 간 협력을 통해 정부기관의 예산 효율성을 제고하고, 기업가정신 프로그램의 질적 제고 및 교육에 대한 교류의 장을 활발히 실행할 필요가 있다.
