his study has progressed on the assumption that perceived organizational support ofhotel employee that has a significant effect on the job satisfaction and the organizationalcommitment will be different according to the type of employment and the experienceof turnover. Therefore the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceivedorganizational support of hotel employee on the job satisfaction and the organizationalcommitment according to the type of employment(full-time position / temporary position)and the experience of turnover(experienced person of turnover / nonexperienced personof turnover) and to clarify the difference of influence between the type of employmentand the experience of turnover. The major findings of this study were follows. The perceived organizational support(operational support / emotional support) of hotelemployee is regarded as an important element influencing the job satisfaction and the organizationalcommitment. The effect of perceived organizational support(operational support / emotional support)of hotel employee on the degree of the job satisfaction and the organizational commitmentcan also be changed according to the experience of turnover.
