In this study, horse riding experience tourism who participate in horse riding as leisureflow, experience satisfaction and psychological well-being is about to analyze. The subjectswere selected by judgement sampling method. They were composed of 323 adults whohad been participating in horse riding club participant's. For the statistical analysis, SPSS18.0 and Amos 18.0 were utilized. The verification of research hypothesis was conductedby frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, confirmatory factor, correlation, SEM(StructuralEquation Model) analysis. The significance level of all tests was .05. The conclusions wereas follows: Firstly, educative experience and departure experience did have a significanteffect on technology and control ability. Secondly, docutainment experience and psychologicalexperience didn't have a significant effect on technology and control ability. Thirdly,educative experience, psychological experience and departure experience did have a significanteffect on goal and pleasure. And docutainment experience didn't have a significanteffect on goal and pleasure. Fourthly, technology and control ability and goal and pleasuredid have a significant effect on experience satisfaction. Fifthly, technology and controlability didn't have a significant effect on psychological well-being. Lastly, experience satisfactiondidn't have a significant effect on psychological well-being.
