Women’s workforce development center has building the natural deposition and capability, satisfying the needs of learners through providing various programs such as social participation expand and improvement of welfare to create the economical foundation for low income women in their region. Many trainees requires that programs are being strengthen of technical and vocational education for employment and or self-employed and practical training which can be more useful in their life. They have mainly training in the Women’s center and Women’s workforce development center. According to survey result for relationship between degree of qualitative and satisfaction of result, the interest of education program, program’s contents and technique, educational environment & lecturer’s’ competency, the assessment of adequacy were impacted on their performance of results
