-This study identified leadership type of hotel middle managers, transformational leadership, transactional leadership on organizational citizenship behavior Antecedents and also on the personal characteristics in relation to the type of leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderating effects by verifying gave open the way to seek ways to promote organizational citizenship behavior, my hotel in the middle of the improvement and change through a variety of management approaches, in that academic contribution, as well as from the practical point of view, hotel development in effective human resource management was to provide useful information. The results of this study will be presented as an alternative to the corporate management understand the behavior of middle managers need to improve organizational citizenship behavior of employees in an organization that can operate efficiently.
