The purpose of this study was to estimate of the willingness to pay and participate on green-care in agriculture in order to establish a strategy in domestic. For that, we focus on workers with job stress. Degree of job stress is about 3.235 and most respondents were stressed over average. About 76.5% of the total reply that will participate in green-care in agriculture. Therefore many demands of this program is expected in the future. The willingness to pay was estimated about 160 thousand Won per a week. It is meaningful to introduce a green-care in agriculture because of the willingness to pay and participate.
It is necessary to design more detailed programs for the success of green-care in agriculture.
