This study aims to examine self-efficacy of Hotel F&B Employees' on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment social exchange relations, one of environmental variants, can influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment in performing social exchange relations. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials through making out preventive measures against the airline enterprise. To accomplish the goals,a field survey was conducted on the crew's of the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the leader-membership exchange relations, team-membership exchange relations, perceived organizational supportl turned out to have affirmative effects on airline enterprise self-efficacy. Second, the team-membership exchange relations, perceived organizational support turned out to have affirmative effects on airline enterprise crew's on their job satisfaction. Third,the leader-membership exchange relations, perceived organizational support turned out to have affirmative effects on their organizational commitment. Fourth, the self-efficacy turned out to have affirmative effects on their jon satisfaction and organizational commitment.
