This Paper focuses on entry strategies of Korean construction companies in the Middle East countries. This study examines the feature of entry strategy of the Korean government toward the world in the construction sector and analyzes the growth factors of companies operating in construction sector in the Middle East countries. We also attempt to suggest the development strategy of entry companies toward the world. The consistency of high oil prices after 2002 boost the economy and enlarges the construction opportunity. The Middle East countries sits on 40% of the world’s known oil reserves and 20% of its known gas reserves. This would be estimates to rise to 30% by other significant areas of construction. Given the central role of oil in the world markets, the development of the construction of the region has obvious global significance. Korean business prepares second opportunity to build up the economic cooperation with Middle East region. Korean Construction companies got USD 47.3 billion contract that is equivalent to the 66% out of total 71.6 billion in 2010. The emphasis of this paper is current development process and discussions have focused on construction sector in the Middle East countries. This paper gets the implications of the Middle East construction within the economic approach and suggests establishing a new framework based on regional integrity. Moreover we will evaluate the economic policy of Korean government and construction companies to develop the proper way of approach and their policies.
