Multi-ethnic Community of Kazakhstan began to established with colonization process of Russian Empire from 18th Century. Since then Mono ethnic social structures had been diversified by immigration of Slavic and European Ethnic Groups to the territory of Kazakh Nomads. Contemporary Kazakhstani State Structure, which had been established in the Period of Soviet Union, preferred to coexistence of Kazakh-Russian style or russian dominant style than kazakh dominant style in everyday life culture of current kazakhstan, because of multi ethnic society structures. This phenomena could be interpreted as a flexibility of cultural importing or acceptance of Kazakh nomad culture to those of foreign or other ethnic groups. This conception of cultural co-existence or multi-cultural acceptances became the basis of contemporary multi ethnic Kazakhstan. The immigration to Kazakhstan activated by the banishments and agricultural immigration policies of Russian Empire since 19th Century. In the period of Soviet Union immigration to Kazakhstan had continued by the products of Economic policies and Deportation of the second World war. The deportation of WWR II made some ethnic groups isolated from their historical homelands by political backgrounds. Releasing of these restrictions in the middle of 1950ties let the possibility of returning their homelands or staying or living in deported place respectively. Various ethnic minorities in Soviet Kazakhstan had chances to choose their ways, except Koreans and Germans, who had no historical homelands or not allowed to recover homelands, which had existed before WWR II in Soviet Union. Some soviet kazakhstani ethnic minorities chose their ways to keep their communities and cultures. With this ethnic Korean, Chechen and German groups showed different styles of settling in deported land and participation in development process of soviet Kazakhstan.
