European Union law beyond the integration of economic integration efforts are racing. As part of this effort, European Commission as EU institution, with the law initiatives, the operation for the harmonization of the European civil law was entrusted to several academic groups. Principles, Definitions and Model Rules of European Private Law, Draft Common Frame of Reference, DCFR(henceforth “DCFR”) as its achievements has been completed. DCFR Interim Outline Edition was published in 2008, and 2009Publication of Outline Edition to Interim Outline Edition through some modifications, Full Edition was published. The presentation of the DCFR was the incident in the field of European private law that drew most attention. DCFR is within the scope of the whole property law, consumer law has been integrated. DCFR is provide integrated information on the overall by Consumer Law integrated. In the DCFR all terms and concepts referred to in directives on consumer protection are drafted in model rules or defined, Thus, the DCFR shapes a thorough general private law that includes the relevant consumer protection law with the rules of the Acquis as nucleus. This study will looks the background and process of integration of the consumer law in DCFR. The title of DCFR provisions of an integrated consumer law will describe, and It would extract of consumer law. We should take advantage of the information on legislation and interpretation to protect consumers by the study and introducing an overview of the consumer law extracted from DCFR. DCFR is extracted from the opening of the Consumer Law Review ⋅ Introduction of legislation for the protection of the consumer with information about and interpretation theory is utilized. This study, In Section 2, Describes the process of integration of consumer law in DCFR. In Section 3, Identify the functions and the features of the consumer law in DCFR. In Section 4, Describes the title of the DCFR provisions, and overview the consumer law in DCFR.
