The purpose of this research is to analyze the Indonesian workers’dilemma, and to identify the impeding elements which hinder the improvement of their living in Korea. To achieve the goal of this research, total 16 research participants, were selected. This study is conducted during three months through Focus Group Interview(FGI)with Indonesian workers and through an analysis of the qualitative materials which are the data from in-depth interviews, field notes and observations, all of which is analyzed by qualitative analyzed methods. Based on these contexts, we identified the critical factors of impediment influencing the Indonesian workers’ dilemma. These critical factors of impediment include discrimination and human rights, culture differences,economic and labor condition, language barrier in Korea.
