This study examined the mediating effects of covert narcissism on interpersonal problems throughperfectionism. The Covert Narcissism Scale (CNS), Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS),Interpersonal Problems Scale (K-IIP) were administered to 554 university and college students. Thedata collected in this study was analyzed using the SAS 8.2 and AMOS statistical programs. Thisstudy confirmed the partial mediating effect of perfectionism on the relationships between universitystudents' covert narcissism and interpersonal problems. And it was revealed to relationships and routeamong covert narcissism, perfectionism, and interpersonal problems.
