In this study, social workers who accomplish their social work profession as well as their personal lives while experiencing the joy and the happiness at the same time. And this dissertation explores the factors that affect the happiness of the social workers. To carry out this study, 168 social workers were asked to answer open questions, conducting the electronic survey, and contents of the frequency analysis were conducted. First, in the field of social welfare services that were provided to solve clients problems and through their work practice experiences, social workers felt happy with their work through the satisfaction of achievement, attitude on the job, positive thinking, and also responded that happiness arise depends on the individual tendency. Second, the happiness of individual lives and experiences at home and family related components showed the highest incidence, and individual values and personal fulfillment in life to experience showed as the highest rate of internal elements. Additionally, economic security, a current task they are engaged in, and experiencing happiness in relationships that were also investigated in this study. Third, to experience happiness in their lives of the factors affecting the happiness of the individual showed same in home and family, work with interpersonal relationships, achievement, and then health. Fourth, the future happiness are expected to affect the investigation of the factors with the highest response results were health, then the relationship between economic satisfaction and happiness in the family. Moreover, this study recognized the essential factors that affect happiness were individuals values and their current career. Lastly, the individual components of unhappiness of their current experience were work-related, part of the economic status, and their reality problems have been investigated as components of unhappiness.
