The LDPE layflat tube is used after samples are pretreated for the PCDD/Fs analysis with SPMDs. Although, the LDPE layflat tube is supplied by a particular foreign company, it is expensive and furthermore, difficult to purchase in small quantity. In this study, the domestic product is tested in dialyses with hexane. The recovery increased with the increase of the dialysis time, amount of the dialytic solvent, as the amount of the solvent compared to the sample amount, and the square measure of the LDPE layflat tube. Among these, the solvent amount affected most effectively, while the thickness of the LDPE layflat tube did not produce a lot of difference. It was found most effective when a 4 ml of sample was dialyzed with 500 ml of hexane for 48 hrs in 30 cm length with a 0.05 mm thickness of LDPE layflat tube.
